Russo and RDS are reporting that Guillaume Latendresse has inked a two year deal with a cap hit of $2.5 million per season.
↵Latendresse, better known as the Best Trade Ever made in Wild history, came to the team via the Montreal Canadiens in a trade for Benoit Pouliot. BTE then showed he can play the game at a very high level, finishing with 27 goals and 13 assists in 55 games.
↵This is a very friendly deal for both sides, with a low cap hit, and a chance for Latendresse to earn his reputation back that was ruined in Montreal.
