Judd Zulgad of the Star Tribune reports that Jared Allen, Steve Hutchinson, and Ryan Longwell were absent from Vikings practice this morning. Because none of the players have reported injuries, and none were spotted at pre-practice meetings, the speculation is that the Vikings sent them to visit Brett Favre’s home in Hattiesburg, MS, in order to convince him to return to the Vikings.
