Trojans Put It Away, Lead Gophers 32-14 After Long Touchdown Run

Stay connected for news and updates

A drive that should have ended as a USC three-and-out wound up resulting in a USC touchdown.

The Gophers had USC quarterback Matt Barkley sacked deep in Gopher territory, but a blatant face mask penalty on the Gophers gave the Trojans new life, and they responded with a 56-yard touchdown run by Allen Bradford.

The Trojans again went for a two-point conversion, and were unsuccessful.

Time is running out for the Gophers, as they trail the Trojans 32-14 with only 8:32 remaining in the ball game.
