The Minnesota Swarm’s Ryan Benesch has been named the NLL Player of the Month for April. Benesch capped his season Saturday by clinching the NLL scoring title. He's the only Swarm player to earn Player of the Month honors this season.
From a Swarm news release:
"It’s great to see Ryan get recognized for his efforts this season," general manager Marty O’Neill said. "I look forward to watching him lead us into the postseason."
The Swarm start that postseason this weekend with a home playoff game on Saturday against the Stealth.
