Two Big Ten teams dropped from the rankings this week.
The Alabama Crimson Tide stayed undefeated this weekend and kept hold of the No. 1 spot in the latest BCS standings as a result. The Florida Gators fell from second to seventh after their loss to Georgia, and Kansas State moved up to the No. 2 position.
Notre Dame leapfrogged Oregon in the standings following the irish's win on the road at Oklahoma, and the Irish are now third. The Ducks and LSU round out the top five.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers are new to the standings this week, and they're the only representatives of the Big Ten in the top 25. The Cornhuskers are 6-2 this season after Saturday's win over Michigan, which also happened to knock the Wolverines from the standings. The Wisconsin Badgers also dropped out of the standings after a loss over the weekend.
Ohio State is the league's only undefeated team but is ineligible for postseason play, and as such cannot appear in the standings.
