University of Minnesota forward Christian Isackson - Minnesota Athletics
Line combinations for Friday night's Minnesota-Vermont non-conference hockey game. The game will be broadcast on Fox Sports North and NESN at 6 p.m. CT.
With sophomore forward Sam Warning still out, Minnesota continues to hold steady in their top-six with Nate Condon (Colorado Avalanche) playing alongside Erik Haula (Minnesota Wild) and Zach Budish (Nashville Predators). This is in spite of coach Don Lucia showing frustration at the team's even-strength play last weekend.
The bottom-six is mixed up slightly from last weekend. Jared Larson gets his second consecutive start while the Gophers return to starting 11 forwards and 7 defensemen. Justin Holl is the odd defenseman out this time.
The Catamounts, meanwhile, will be without forward Connor Brickley (Florida Panthers).
Adam Wilcox (Tampa Bay Lightning) once gets the start for Minnesota and Brady Hoffman is slated to do the same for Vermont.
