Swarm's Andrew Suitor Named Assistant Captain at All Star Game

The National Lacrosse League has named Swarm captain Andrew Suitor as an assistant captain for the West All Star team. Suitor joins West captain John Grant, Jr (Colorado Mammoth) and fellow assistant captain Shawn Williams (Edmonton Rush).

For the East, the captains are John Tavares (Buffalo Bandits), Colin Doyle (Toronto Rock), and Pat McCready (Rochester Knighthawks). This is the 10th ASG for Tavares, who is also the all time leader scorer in the NLL.

This is the first time Suitor has been named to the All Star squad. Going along with Suitor are Swarm players Callum Crawford, Ryan Benech, and Jordan MacIntsoh. Benesch and Crawford have both been to prior All Star Games, but MacIntosh’s selection marks the first time a Swarm rookie has been named to the team.
