Minnesota faces a tough task against the Detroit Tigers who are currently in third place in the AL Central division.

The Minnesota Twins took the last three of a four-game set with the Kansas City Royals and now look to continue that streak as they move on to face the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park in another four-game series.

It's going to be a tall order: the Twins are currently in last place in the AL Central while the Tigers are currently three games out of first place behind the Chicago White Sox. The Tigers are coming off of a four-game series against the Tampa Bay Rays in which they won three out of four against them.

Liam Hendriks will be the probable starter on the mound for the Twins on Monday night. The opposition will put Doug Fister on the mound. First pitch takes place at 7:05 p.m. CDT.
