Timberwolves fans will get their first look at the 2012-13 schedule Thursday night.
The Minnesota Timberwolves will, like the rest of the NBA, get their 2012-13 regular season schedule Thursday evening. All schedules will be announced at 6 p.m. CT.
Last season the Wolves opened with the Western Conference champion Oklahoma City Thunder and, two games later, played the Eastern Conference Champion Miami Heat. They started 0-3.
The Timberwolves already announced that they will play a preseason game in Winnipeg against the Detroit Pistons. That game is part of the first-ever NBA Canada series, which also includes a game between the Toronto Raptors and New York Knicks.
