2012 Wimbledon Live TV Schedule For Sunday

The No. 1 overall ranking in men's tennis is up for grabs for Roger Federer on Sunday, as the six-time Wimbledon champion will prepare for an epic showdown with 25-year-old hometown product Andy Murray in the men's final.

Though Federer began the historic tournament as the third-ranked player in the world, a victory on Sunday would be enough to vault him over both Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal for the top spot in tennis. But with his sights firmly set on taking home his seventh career Wimbledon trophy and 17th career Grand Slam title, Federer will still need to get the better of a very hungry, very determined opponent in Murray.

Unquestionably the most decorated men's player currently without a Grand Slam title to his credit, Murray will be making his fourth career appearance in a major final in Sunday's match. But for what the 25-year-old clearly lacks in Grand Slam experience, he will hope to balance things out with an overwhelming amount of support from both the pro-Murray and pro-England fans in attendance.

Live television coverage of Sunday's final will begin at 8:00 a.m. CST on ESPN, and will run until the event and ensuing trophy presentation are concluded later in the afternoon. A live online stream can also be viewed at Wimbledon.com's official website.
