The Minnesota Twins have lost 12 of their last 14 games, including the last two at Texas, where they've allowed 18 runs in 18 innings to the AL West-leading Rangers.

Minnesota is 1-7 on this road trip, which ends Sunday and included a three-game sweep at Seattle. In those games, the Twins scored six runs.

Saturday night, it was P Matt Harrison's turn to shut the struggling Twins offense down. He took a no-hitter into the 7th inning before 3B Trevor Plouffe singled to left with two outs. It was also 3B Adrian Beltre's turn to mash Twins pitching. He went triple, double, home run and single for the cycle, becoming the first player to ever go for the cycle in the same park as both a home and visiting player.

The Twins will try to reverse their recent slide in a 3:05 p.m. CT first pitch at the Ballpark in Arlington. Minnesota will throw Brian Duensing (3-8) against Ryan Dempster (7-6) in the third of the four-game set.
