Gophers At Wolverines: Another Touchdown For Michigan

Stay connected for news and updates

Coming into this afternoon's game, Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson was completing 48% of his passes on the season.

This afternoon against the Minnesota Golden Gophers, he's 10-for-10, and has just put the Wolverines into the end zone again.

The Gopher defense once again just got absolutely torched on this latest drive by Michigan, starting off with a 24-yard rush by Fitzgerald Toussiant to put the ball into Minnesota territory again. A couple of plays later, Robinson took the snap, rolled out to the right, and looped one to running back Vincent Smith in the left flat. Smith had a convoy in front of him, and went 28 yards basically untouched for another Michigan touchdown.

The Wolverines' latest scoring drive went 69 yards in just four plays, taking 2:25 off of the clock.

With nine and a half minutes left in the first half, the Gophers are getting destroyed by the Wolverines in the battle for the Little Brown Jug to the tune of 28-0.
