No. 13 Michigan vs. No. 19 Wisconsin headlines this weekend's Big Ten play. Minnesota will be going for their first Big Ten win on Sunday when they play the recently demoralized Purdue Boilermakers.
The big game on the Big Ten slate this weekend will involve No. 13 Michigan and No. 19 Wisconsin, who square off on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. on the national stage (CBS) in Ann Arbor. Both teams will be coming off losses against separate ranked conference opponents -- Michigan lost on Thursday night against No. 12 Indiana and the Badgers lost a controversial heartbreaker to the No. 11 Michigan State Spartans on Tuesday.
Also on Sunday, the Minnesota Golden Gophers will be going for their first Big Ten win of the season against Purdue, who lost by 20 to Penn State on Thursday night. Minnesota plays top ranked Indiana next, so if they can't get it done against Purdue they may have to wait until they play Penn State themselves on January 15.
Those make up just two of the five Big Ten games this weekend, though. Here is the full schedule:
