The Golden Gophers take on 20th ranked Wisconsin as they try to win two straight in Big 10 play.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers have continued to keep a predictable win-loss pattern going with every game that they play the past month or so. The Gophers haven't won two straight since mid January, but they also haven't lost two straight since way back on January 8th. That has led to a mediocre at best 5-6 record and a guarantee for some more wins in the future but maybe not enough to push them onto the bubble for March Madness.

Their most recent game was a win in the W/L streak as the Gophers took apart 3-8 Nebraska. Their next game will be significantly tougher, they meet the Wisconsin Badgers on Thursday at 7 PM ET in Minnesota. Wisconsin are the first of a bunch of ranked teams the Gophers will be meeting as the season starts to draw to a close, sitting 20th overall in the rankings at present.

The Badgers are coming off a big loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes, Minnesota's opponent for next week.
