Minnesota will host Connecticut in a battle between the WNBA's conference leaders.

Despite dropping three of their last six games, the Minnesota Lynx still hold on to the best record in the Western Conference (and the WNBA) with a 13-3 record. Their string of tough competition will continue on Saturday, though, as the Connecticut Sun visit looking to build on their 11-4 mark. Both teams currently lead their respective divisions by 2.5 games.

The teams have only met once this season, an 85-72 Lynx victory back on June 1. Seimone Augustus led Minnesota in that win with 23 points, but was nearly matched by the Sun's Tina Charles, who had a 20-point effort. Saturday's game will be the final matchup between the Lynx and the Sun this season.

Relief is on the way for Minnesota, at least, as after this matchup the Lynx will play two consecutive games against the Tulsa Shock, who currently hold the league's worst record at 2-13.

Saturday's game between the Lynx and the Sun is set to tip off at 7:00 p.m. CT.
