Michael Beasley A "Game-Time Decision" Against Orlando

Stay connected for news and updates

Timberwolves small forward Michael Beasley, the team's second-leading scorer and third-leading rebounder, is a "game-time decision" for tonight's contest against the Magic, reports Jerry Zgoda. Beasley left last night's game against the Heat with a left hip contusion, sustained when he landed on his side after being fouled on a made basket. He did not remain in the game to shoot the ensuing free throw, which disqualified him from returning to the game, per NBA rules.

Wesley Johnson took Beasley's leftover minutes at small forward. The same could hold true tonight if Beasley is unable to play.

Zgoda notes Beasley took part in "some individual work" during the Timberwolves' practice today.
