Timberwolves Vs. Jazz Score Update: Minnesota Trail In Utah, 53-46

Stay connected for news and updates

The Minnesota Timberwolves are in Utah Thursday night, attempting to get two games above the .500 mark and make some headway in the Western Conference standings. The Jazz aren't out of the playoff picture yet, either, sitting just 3.5 games back of the No. 8 seed. At the half, the Jazz have the best of the Timberwolves, 53-46.

The Timberwolves led 16-12 halfway through the first quarter, but the Jazz then went on an 11-2 run and haven't trailed since. In the second quarter, they were able to get the lead up to 10, but Minnesota worked it back down to seven before the half.

Kevin Love leads the Timberwolves, as usual, with 11 points and six rebounds, but he is shooting just 3-for-9. Devin Harris and Paul Millsap each have 10 for the Jazz.
