Nuggets Vs. Timberwolves Score Update: Minnesota Up Big At Half, 68-43

Stay connected for news and updates

On a day where the shots are clearly falling at the Target Center, the Minnesota Timberwolves lead the Denver Nuggets 68-41 after two quarters.

Without big man Nikola Pekovic, who was ruled out before the game due to bone spurs in his right foot, the T-Wolves have not missed a beat on the glass and have controlled the paint throughout. The Wolves have snagged nine offensive rebounds in the first half as a team, and scored on a bevy of second chance opportunities.

Kevin Love, fresh off his 51-point performance, has continued his torrid pace on offense with 13 points, 12 rebounds and four assists at the break. In addition to Love, Minnesota point guard Luke Ridnour has been nearly flawless with 17 points on 7-for-7 shooting with five assists.
