The Minnesota Timberwolves will have to beat the Indiana Pacers on Monday night if they want to avoid a 10 game losing streak.

The season just keeps going down the tubes for the Minnesota Timberwolves, and it's not going to get any easier on Monday as the crippled Wolves head to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse to face the home court hopeful Indiana Pacers. The Wolves have dropped their last nine games, including their last two without Kevin Love. Love is the most recent casualty of a particularly nasty strain of the injury bug that has been plaguing Minnesota since Ricky Rubio was forced out with a torn ACL.

Indiana on the other hand has won four straight games. They have some injuries as well, mostly a groin problem for starting point guard Darren Collision. The spread out Pacers offense has dealt with his missing fairly well, though, with Danny Granger leading the way for the past few weeks.

At the very least, this Minnesota team showed that they can be scrappy when they almost took the Oklahoma City Thunder to the wire in their last game.

The game will be at Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 7:00 p.m. ET.
