The Minnesota Timberwolves will get their 2012-13 season underway when they host the Sacramento Kings on Nov. 2. Rick Adelman will face one of his former teams, as he coached the Kings from 1998-2006.
With an exciting young core, the Timberwolves have 12 games on national television. The first of those comes on Nov. 4 when NBA TV will broadcast Minnesota's trip to Toronto to take on the Raptors.
The first and only time Minnesota will host the defending champion Miami Heat will come on March 4. The Timberwolves first home game against the Oklahoma City Thunder will be on Dec. 20 and will be televised on TNT.
Minnesota will wrap up its season when it travels to San Antonio on April 17 to take on the Spurs.
