The Minnesota Twins begin a three-game series against the Oakland Athletics on Monday night looking to put an end to their current five-game losing streak. The Twins are in the midst of a lengthy road trip through the AL West, which comes to an end in Texas this weekend.

The A's come into this series winners of four in a row, which includes a sweep of Cleveland this past weekend.
The Twins are expected to start Brian Duensing (2-8, 4.69 ERA) on the mound, while the Athletics are set to go with Brandon McCarthy (6-4, 2.68).
