The Twins begin a series against Seattle on Monday.
The Minnesota Twins return home from a lengthy road trip to open up a four-game series against the Seattle Mariners on Monday night. The Twins finished that road trip just 2-8, though they did pick up a win on Sunday.
The Mariners have been playing good baseball since the start of the second half of the regular season and Minnesota will have to contend with ace pitcher Felix Hernandez (12-5, 2.54 ERA) on Monday. Hernandez has won two starts in a row, including the perfect game he threw against Cleveland on Aug. 15.
The Twins are scheduled to start Liam Hendriks (0-6, 7.06) on the mound
Game Date & Time: Monday, Aug. 27, 7:10 p.m. CT
TV: FOX Sports North
