Josh Willingham Injury: Twins Slugger Should Return Soon

Injured Minnesota Twins outfielder Josh Willingham is expected to return to the lineup soon, according to La Velle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune:

Josh Willingham has a sore right hamstring but was on deck to pinch hit in the ninth inning. That's a sign that he might be able to return to the lineup this week during the White Sox series.

Willingham, who is hitting .260 with 33 home runs and 96 RBIs in 127 games this season, was kept out of the lineup in yesterday's game to rest his hamstring. The Twins are in last place in the AL Central standings, but they trail the Cleveland Indians by just one game with 28 games remaining for each team. They play each other six more times this season.
