Vikings Threaten, But Fall Short. Final: 22-17

Stay connected for news and updates

The Vikings made it interesting, but once again they fell short in heartbreaking fashion. Minnesota’s defense held the Chiefs to a three and out as the McNabb & Co. took over late in the fourth quarter. Another crafty end around from Percy Harvin got the ball into Kansas City territory, but McNabb missed terribly on four straight passes as the Vikings turned the ball over on downs.

The Chiefs ran out the clock for their first victory of the 2011 season. Meanwhile, the Vikings are making a serious run at “Worst Team In The NFL” status at 0-4.

Stay tuned to SB Nation Minnesota for more reaction to yet another disappointing loss.
