The Minnesota Vikings have had it rough lately, especially in their last outing. Quarterback Joe Webb took over and led the Vikings to a late resurgence, and had an opportunity to win the game when there was a late facemask penalty that wasn't called. Had the obvious call been made, they might have been in a position to beat the rival Detroit Lines for a morale-centric victory. But it wasn't called, and now the Vikings are trying to avoid their worst record in franchise history, needing two wins over their next three games. It will be tough, especially if running back Adrian Peterson can't go or is limited.

New Orleans is riding high, hoping to secure the No. 2 seed in the NFC, with the same record as the San Francisco 49ers. Right now, the 49ers hold the tiebreak and have a harder schedule than the Saints, so it's steady course for New Orleans at this point.
