Madden NFL 12 Roster Updates, Week 16: Toby Gerhart Increasing For Vikings

The Week 16 roster update for Madden NFL 12 is set to go live, and for Minnesota Vikings fans, it's a mixed bag. The team suffered a big loss in their last outing, being thoroughly outgunned by quarterback Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints, but then again, who isn't outgunned by him? Minnesota held on early, but quickly fell behind and there was nothing they could do. It was a game nobody really expected them to win, regardless.

For this week's roster update, the Vikings see nine changes, all of which are to player overall rating. Of those nine changes, the Vikings come out positively only slightly, with five players going up to four of them dropping. Unfortunately, the player decreases are more significant than the increases are, with guys like Chad Greenway and Christian Ponder dropping. Make the jump for a full list of ratings changes for the Vikings.

Increases

HB Toby Gerhart 74 to 75
FB Jim Kleinsasser 66 to 67
OL Phil Loadholt 78 to 80
OL John Sullivan 82 to 83
CB Benny Sapp 72 to 73

Decreases

QB Christian Ponder 76 to 75
WR Percy Harvin 87 to 86
LB Chad Greenway 89 to 88
S Jamarca Sanford 77 to 75
