2012 NFL Draft: Minnesota Vikings Select USC Offensive Tackle Matt Kalil

With the 4th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected Matt Kalil, offensive tackle for the USC Trojans. Along with guys like Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III and Trent Richardson, Kalil is considered one of the players most likely to be a bona fide All-Pro player.

Kalil has been considered the top offensive line talent in this draft and the most surefire prospect on th offensive front this draft. Kalil was part of an offensive line that gave up eight sacks last season in protectingt the blind side of his quarterback Matt Barkley, and was also the Morris Trophy winner, the 12th in USC football history.
