The Minnesota Wild will look to end their losing streak on Tuesday night against the Calgary Flames. The Wild have lost four straight following a solid string of wins.

The Minnesota Wild have lost four straight games and even though two of them were difficult shootout losses, the team needs to get back on track to stay on top of the Northwest division's standings. The Calgary Flames are the Wild opponents on Tuesday night in a game that will be televised on Fox Sports North.

The Wild have struggled as of late, but the our friends at Hockey Wilderness indicate that they aren't all that worried heading into the game against the Flames.

The Wild are in a rut. A rut so very many people say they have predicted. Yet, it wasn't unsustainable goaltending that has suddenly fallen apart, or a sudden over powering by the mighty Corsi squads... no, it is a much more sinister and familiar nemesis. Injuries. But the fact that the Wild would skate without four of their top six forwards for so long was all factored in to the predictions, I'm sure.

As with any other game on the schedule, this is just another game. Worth the same number of points, played the same way as all the others. It is also a chance for a team that has fallen into a "see I told you so" trap to silence the nay sayers for a night. If not, so be it. Another game in two days in Edmonton.

Following Tuesday night's game, the Wild will end their Canadian road trip against the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday night.
