2012 NHL Lockout: The morning after
While the situation isn't exactly "no news", it's close. Perhaps you can have a shred of hope that a resolution is forthcoming. At least, for the moment.

The NHL and NHLPA don't seem to be talking about any lockout negotiations. Consequently, we're forced to imagine what league commissioner Gary Bettman and player's association head Don Fehr are up to.
The NHLPA is trying to prevent being locked out and NHL fans are upset and feeling powerless about it. But maybe both groups can help each other out.
The NHL appears headed for another work stoppage, eight years after canceling a whole season. We'd like this to be the straw that breaks the camel's back... but to be honest, it'll just be the straw on top of a small, forgotten pile of straw.
