Vikings Rolling 31-7 At Halftime

It’s been an eventful first half at the Mall of America Field. Brett Favre threw an interception on Minnesota’s first possession, and was hurt on the play. Taravaris Jackson came in and threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown, giving Buffalo a 7-0 lead.

Since then, Jackson (and the rest of the team) has played lights out football. TJ has thrown for two TD’s, both to Sidney Rice. Adrian Peterson has rushed for two TD’s, and the defense has been swarming, harassing Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick and forcing two turnovers, which the offense converted into touchdowns.

As we enter the third quarter, Minnesota has a commanding lead, and if I were a guessing man, I’d gues that we’ll see a heavy dose of Adrian Peterson and Toby Gerhart.

Either way, we’ll keep you updated as the game progresses.
