Wolves Lose Tolliver, Darko To Injuries

The Minnesota Timberwolves are looking forward to the Minnesota debut of forward Martell Webster and the return of second-year point guard Jonny Flynn. It’s a good thing those guys are coming back, because it appears that the Wolves are going to be down a couple of bodies in the very near future.

Forward Anthony Tolliver is going to miss anywhere between four and six weeks because of a sprained MCL. Tolliver suffered the injury in Friday night’s loss to San Antonio and did not play against the Knicks.

Center Darko Milicic bruised his quadriceps early in the game against New York when he took a knee to the leg. No official word yet on how bad the injury is or how much time he could potentially miss.
