From Mike Russo at the Star Tribune, the Wild regular season schedule is out, and available for public consumption.
↵Biggest dates from a quick glance are the two games in Finland on Oct 7&8, the home opener on Oct 14, the First visit from the hated Canucks on Oct 19, and the first visit by Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks on Oct 20.
↵The Wild will also enjoy six of eight games in October not being played overseas at home. This is a dramatic shift from last season when an 0-6 road trip put the season in death mode from the onset.
↵The normally brutal March schedule is also much easier on travel this season. Events such as the State High School Hockey Tourny, WCHA Final Five, and State Wrestling tournament usually keep the Wild away from home for most of the month.
