Second-Half Schedule Favors Twins

As the Minnesota Twins kick off their second half schedule tonight, they’ll do so trailing the Chicago White Sox by 3.5 games in the American League Central.

The Twins will have a chance to gain ground from the start though, with a four-game series against the White Sox at Target Field being their first action out of the break.

After the Twins face the Sox, the schedule will lighten up over the course of the next two weeks with no games scheduled against teams above the .500 mark.

Take a look at their next 17 games:

If the Twins want to win the division for the sixth time in ten seasons, their time to get started is now.
