Dolphins Score First, Lead 7-0

Things haven’t started off the way the Minnesota Vikings would like this afternoon.

Minnesota got the ball first, and moved the ball well all the way down to the Miami 26-yard line. Then, on a 4th and 2 well within Ryan Longwell’s field goal range, Brad Childress rolled the dice and went for it, and Brett Favre’s pass was knocked down at the line of scrimmage.

The Dolphins then took the ball, starting things off with a 46-yard pass to Brandon Marshall. From there, they moved the ball down the field, and concluded with a 5-yard pass from Chad Henne to Brian Hartline.

The Vikings trail the Dolphins 7-0 with 4:40 left in the first quarter of play.
