On Friday, Alex Marvez of FoxSports.com reports that the Minnesota Vikings have traded quarterback Sage Rosenfels to the New York Giants.
A source told FOXSports.com that Minnesota has traded quarterback Sage Rosenfels to the Giants, in addition to running back/punt returner Darius Reynaud, in exchange for an undisclosed pick in the 2011 NFL draft as well as a conditional pick in the 2010 draft.

With Rosenfels in New York, Joe Webb should safely make the Vikings roster as the team's No. 3 quarterback behind Brett Favre and Tarvaris Jackson. Webb is the only Vikings quarterback that has a contract past 2010.
