Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson will sit out his second game in a row due to a high ankle sprain when the Vikings take on the Denver Broncos on Sunday. Peterson's status hasn't spooked fantasy owners as the high scoring RB remains on teams in 100% of ESPN's fantasy leagues.
But while Peterson sits and waits to return to the field, many fantasy owners are looking for RB help from Toby Gerhart. According to ESPN's latest Most Added/Dropped Player lists, Gerhart ranks fourth on the Most Added Players list. After Gerhart found the end zone while filling in for Peterson last week, the Vikings bruising runner can now be found on a team in 30.2% of ESPN's fantasy league, a positive change of 12.3%.
Wide receiver Michael Jenkins is the only other Minnesota player on the top 25 added/dropped lists, checking in at number 20 on the Most Dropped List. Jenkins wasn't an option on many teams to begin with, but a knee injury put Jenkins on the IR this week, ending his season. With that news, Jenkins is now found on a team in just 12.6% of fantasy leagues, down 4% from the week before.
