Benesch is the Swarm's leading scorer on the season, with 33 points through the season's first five games (16 goals, 17 assists). He was named the NLL's Offensive Player of the Week during Week Two of the NLL season. This is his first time being named an All-Star.

This is Patterson's second time being named to the All-Star team (he was also named to the team in 2008). He has appeared in five games for the Swarm this season, recording a record of three wins and one loss, with a 9.79 goals against average and a save percentage of .804.
