Minnesota is keeping close to what worked last weekend in Anchorage, where the team took 3 of 4 points, with a couple changes. Sam Warning continues to be out with an undisclosed injury and for the first time this season Ryan Reilly and A.J. Michaelson (who normally switch off with each other as the fourth line center) play in the same regular season game.
Wisconsin, meanwhile, is missing leading scorer Mark Zengerle, who broke his finger two weekends ago against Colorado College.
In net for Minnesota is Adam Wilcox (Tampa Bay Lightning), who starts his sixth straight game. His backup is not Michael Shibrowski, who isn't dressed, but Ryan Coyne. Wisconsin hasn't announced their goalie but warmups lean towards sophomore Landon Peterson over Joel Rumpel.
