Minnesota gets some good news this weekend as sophomore forward Sam Warning returns to the lineup. Warning, who has two assists in four games, has been out since Oct. 20th against Michigan Tech. He is slotted in his normal second-line left wing slot alongside Erik Haula (Minnesota Wild) and Zach Budish (Nashville Predators).

The Gophers aren't making other changes besides that in the first of two games at Mariucci Arena. Justin Holl (Chicago Blackhawks) is the odd man out from Saturday with Warning back in and Jared Larson remains out.

Nebraska-Omaha, meanwhile is without freshman defenseman Nick Seeler (Wild), who was hurt last weekend.

In net for both teams are Adam Wilcox (Tampa Bay Lightning) and John Faulkner.
