After last night's 3-2 loss to Nebraska-Omaha, Minnesota head coach Don Lucia is making a few changes to the lineup. Defenseman Mark Alt (Carolina Hurricanes) is out of the lineup while Jake Parenteau gets a chance to play on the blue line rather than as a forward. Although Alt missed an exhibition game earlier in the year due to injury, it's the first time he's sitting in 92 games.
Nate Condon (Colorado Avalanche), meanwhile, gets a chance to play on the top line. He's replacing Christian Isackson (Buffalo Sabres) who is centering the fourth line despite scoring his second goal of the season Friday.
Nebraska-Omaha is making one change from Friday. Junior forward Alex Simonson is in for Tanner Lane.
John Faulkner is getting the nod for the Mavericks (he's taking shots in warmups) while Adam Wilcox once again is between the pipes for Minnesota.
