Denver hasn't had the best luck lately when it's come to hits on national television. Two weeks ago Pioneer forward Jason Zucker (drafted by the Minnesota Wild) laid motionless on the ice after being crushed by Minnesota freshman forward Kyle Rau (Florida Panthers). Rau was suspended a game and Zucker returned to the ice the next weekend.
Fast forward two weekends and North Dakota's Andrew MacWilliam laid Matt Tabrum (Toronto Maple Leafs) out in the first period of tonight's game with a head to the head on NBC Sports Network. MacWilliam was given a game misconduct but didn't take the news well. His reaction after finding out is, to say the least, priceless.
The video of the hit and reaction is after the jump.

MacWilliam's reaction is eerily similar to Fighting Sioux teammate Dany Kristo when he was ejected from a January 13th game against the Gophers.

Maybe UND coach Dave Hakstol can teach his team next week how to be angry beyond the camera's reach.
