2012 Olympics Medal Count: Team USA Extends Overall Lead On China

As the 2012 London Olympic Games begin to wind down, the United States continues to earn medals and has stretched its lead over second place China to 13. Team USA earned four medals on Friday, the fourteenth day of competition, winning gold medals in the women's 4x100m relay and men's 74kg freestyle wrestling. The United States now has 94 medals total, 41 gold, 26 silver and 27 bronze.
