Lynx Vs. Dream: Minnesota Defeats Atlanta, 84-74

The Minnesota Lynx beat the Atlanta Dream in a nationally-televised game on Saturday night, 84-74. This was a rematch of last season's WNBA Finals and the first time the two teams have met since.

Minnesota continued its success against Atlanta and dropped the Dream's record to 12-12, while the Lynx are 19-4 and winners of their last six games.

Seimone Augustus led the way for Minnesota with 23 points, while Rebekkah Brunson added 21 points on 8-of-11 shooting. Maya Moore and Lindsay Whalen also tallied double figure scoring for Lynx, chipping in 14 and 13 points respectively.

Sancho Lyttle and Angel McCoughtry led Atlanta with 14 points apiece.

The Dream took a 26-23 lead after the first quarter, but the Lynx outscored them in the next three quarters on their way to the 10-point victory.
