VIDEO: Cris Carter, Bill Parcells Among Biggest Hall Of Fame Snubs

The 2012 NFL Hall of Fame inductees will be enshrined on Saturday and, yet again, former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter will not be among them. Eligible since 2008, Carter continues to sit on the outside looking in despite his gaudy career numbers, a high profile, and the esteem his peers hold him in. There are always going to be snubs, but with a general lack of star power in the 2012 class, Carter's exclusion feels like an especially big oversight by the voters.

Likewise, it's surprising that former New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys coach Bill Parcells was passed over for selection this year. It seems like only a matter of time before the two-time Super Bowl winner gets a nod from the Hall.
