London 2012: Daily Preview, Medal Count

Kevin Love and the USA Men's Basketball Team will be one of the headliners as the Olympics move into their 10th day. With the group stage starting to wind down, the men will face Argentina in one of the more hyped games of the tournament. The US Women's soccer team will also be in action in an even more important match, facing Canada in the semifinal for a chance at earning a berth in the final against either France or Japan.

Of course, there will also be plenty of the other usual fare, with tons of track and field, cycling, wrestling and other events to fill the day up.

Currently, the medal count is in China's favor once again, as they inched ahead of the Americans late on Sunday. Their lead is small, currently sitting at 62-60. Host nation Great Britain is still holding their own with 37 medals, good for third place. A full, up to date medal count can be found here.

As per usual, most events can be watched live on NBCOlympics.com as long as you fit the qualifications that they have for showing the streams on your computer. The NBC family of channels will continue to show events on tape delay as well -- the schedules for those events being shown can be found on the same site.

Be sure to stay locked right here with this StoryStream for more coverage of Minnesota athletes at the Summer Games. Also head over to SB Nation's Olympic hub for more coverage from London.
