London 2012: Daily Preview For Wednesday

Team USA Basketball are the top story for the United States on Wednesday as another day of Olympic action begins. The Yanks will play Australia in their first quarterfinal match at 5:15 p.m. ET with the other three quarters games taking place before. 25 medal matches throughout the various sports will also fill the day with plenty of intrigue.

The medal count race is currently being won by China once again, with 73 medals. The United States are right behind with 71 -- you can see a full, updated medal count here.

As per usual, all of the events for Wednesday can be watched live on NBCOlympics.com as long as you fit their requirements for streaming on their site. You can also check out everything on the NBC family of channels, though most of it will be on the usual tape delay.
