Alabama holds onto the top spot in the latest Associated Press Top 25 after defeating Florida Atlantic Saturday.
The Crimson Tide received 59 of 60 first place votes with the only other first place vote going to No. 3 LSU. Oregon jumped to No. 2 after crushing the previously ranked Arizona Wildcats, 49-0. No. 4 Florida St. and No. 5 Georgia round out the top five.
The Minnesota Golden Gophers did not receive any votes despite remaining undefeated with their 17-10 win over the Syracuse Orange Saturday. With Michigan falling out of the Top 25 following their loss to No. 10 Notre Dame, three Big Ten teams remain in the rankings: No. 14 Ohio State, No. 20 Michigan State and No. 22 Nebraska.
