Big Ten Well Represented 2011 Senior Bowl Gets Underway

With last week's East-West Shrine Game in the books, it's time to move on to the next stop on this winter's college all-star circuit with the 2011 Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.

The Golden Gophers aren't represented at this year's game. . .not surprising, given the way that Minnesota's season went. . .but basically everyone else in the Big Ten has a player or two in Mobile, working with NFL coaching staffs and hoping to increase their stock prior to this April's NFL Draft. Of all the teams in the Big Ten, only Minnesota, Illinois, Penn State, and Northwestern don't have at least one player in the game.

Here is a full list of the Big Ten players that are down in Mobile this week.

OL John Moffit, Wisconsin Badgers
OL Stephen Schilling, Michigan Wolverines
QB Ricky Stanzi, Iowa Hawkeyes

We could throw in the Nebraska players that are attending as well, since they're technically part of Big Ten football now, but. . .nah.
