Draymond Green had a huge first half for the Spartans, as he was responsible for 15 of their 33 points. Kalin Lucas threw in seven for Michigan State in the first half.
For Iowa, Matt Gatens has 11 points thus far, while Bryce Cartwright has put in ten.
The Spartans are just 2-for-11 from three point range this far in this one, while Iowa has only attempted four three pointers, hitting three of them.
