Aggies At Gophers: Game Time, Channels, and Radio Coverage

We're getting closer to kickoff time for this week's home opener for the Minnesota Golden Gophers, as they host the New Mexico State University Aggies.

The game will be carried on the Big Ten Network, with kickoff scheduled for 2:30 PM Central time. If you are unsure which channel you can find the Big Ten Network on, here is the list by provider.

DirecTV: Channel 611 (standard definition) or Channel 611-1 (high definition).
Dish Network: Channel 5440 (SD) or 5441 (HD)/Channel 5442 (SD) or 5443 (HD). This will depend on whether or not the game between South Dakota State and Illinois runs long. If it finishes in time, the Gophers game will be on 5440/5441. If it runs long, the Gophers game will be on 5442/5443.
Verizon FiOS: Channel 330.
AT&T U-Verse: Channel 694 (SD) or Channel 1694 (HD).

If you would rather listen to the game on the radio, the Gopher Radio Network is here to help you out. Mike Grimm will be on the play-by-play, with Gopher legend Darrell Thompson giving the color commentary and Justin Gaard roaming the sidelines. In Minneapolis, the Gopher Radio Network can be heard on either KFAN-FM 100.3 or KTLK-AM 1130. If you're a bit farther outside the Twin Cities area, find your Gopher Radio Network affiliate so that you don't miss any of the action.

If you have Sirius/XM Satellite Radio, you can tune it to Channel 117 to get all of the action as well. Lastly, you can listen to an online stream of the broadcast, courtesy of the good folks from GopherSports.com.

There are plenty of ways for you to be able to listen to the broadcast this afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. . .find the one that works best for you and support Goldy for today's home opener!
